Hawaiian Radiance: Ensenada

Good morning! We are in Ensenada today, but it is the last day of the cruise. Before leaving my room, I left a thank you note and additional tip for the steward. 

This shows our current position. We aren’t quite to Ensenada yet but we’re getting close.

We have another short coffee line today.

The coffee shop doubles as a library with books and board games.

I took my coffee to the morning show. That’s comedy host Billy on the right.

I had a couple screwdrivers in the atrium.

I finally blew through my $1650 OBC so I stepped over to the kiosk and added my gift card.

Here’s a look around the ship.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen anything other than water out there.

NBA, softball, lacrosse are on the TVs.

My room has been made up but my laundry I sent out yesterday wasn’t delivered. I was hoping to get it so I could pack.

I’ve got some money to burn through so I did a 2 for $25 shirt thing. 

Yay! We get a special lunch today.

Hub is acting up again.

This is some form of a lip synch competition.

It’s starting to warm up outside and land is in sight.

I think we have either seals or sea lions on those rocks. I can hear them crying.

I got a coconut kiss at the Serenity Bar.

It took about 15 minutes to get off of the ship from deck 2.

Back on board was supposed to be 7:30 but we didn’t pull in until 7:40.

I was back on board at 7:45.

The steward caught me in the hallway and had me sign for the speaker they snagged from me during embarkation.

And my laundry was delivered.

I’ve got over $40 left on my card so I’m doing sushi.

The Alchemy was full when I got back but the bar is mostly empty now.

I went to the late hypnotist show.

She is looking for volunteers. She tried to recruit me during stargazing the other night.

After the show I did a quick packing job, then hit the Alchemy. 

Nikola made this glitter drink for a lady at the bar.

This is a special chocolate drink from Nikola.

I thought that was going to be my last but they continued taking orders so I got one more dirty martini. They’re shutting down now at 11:10.

I’m off to bed. Tomorrow is debarkation day.
