Prima: Cozumel
Good morning. I didn’t sleep very well last night. That panel that is working now was lit up bright all night. When I tried to cover it up, I accidentally turned the heat all the way up. I got about five hours of broken sleep.

We are in Cozumel today. I don’t have big plans. Norwegian docks downtown so I’m going take advantage of that and check out the Cozumel museum. The gangway opened around 9-9:15

At least now I have a “make up room” light.

Here is today’s Freestyle Daily.

I left in a hurry to get off of the ship before they closed the gangway for the MSC ship.

I believe that’s the MDR I ate in yesterday. Hudson’s.

This is my first time docking at Punta Langosta. It’s kind of nice because with Carnival I have to figure in $30-40 cab fare if I want to do anything downtown.

MSC Seaside is in.

First I walked down to the Mega store to look around. Here is a shot of the ships from Mega.

Then I walked down to the museum. It cost $9 to get in.

There ended up being a lot of Mayan artifacts here so that was great for me. Here are a few of them.

Outside they have a mock up of what a Mayan home would look like.

I am heading back to the ship.

I haven’t eaten anything today so I’m going to the food hall for lunch. I’m going with the BBQ today.
Texas Chili

Jalapeno cornbread

Turkey sandwich

My light is still on. I guess the steward hasn’t been by yet.

They have games going on in the atrium.

Double screwdriver at the atrium/casino bar. I guess casino since I’m by a poker machine.

I am waiting for sail away. They’ve been paging four people for about 20 minutes.
Carnival is out.

I guess we’re sailing away with or without them. We are leaving 15 minutes late.

Abita Ambers

We caught up with and passed the Carnival ship.

Cucumber Cool at the Metropolitan.

A look at the sunset before dinner.

I grabbed a couple Abitas from Dr. Bong at the Luna Bar to take to dinner.

I was able to get a nice table in the food hall.

This is my order.

On my way out here’s a look at what’s going out at the BBQ place.

Stella’s from The Local.

I took those beers to the atrium for Sketch Comedy Movie Trivia hosted by the Cruise Director.

I haven’t seen this before, but it’s really funny.

They took a volunteer for this Magic Mike one. This lady is really drunk. She fell into me just a few minutes ago.

I grabbed a couple beers at The Local to take to the Pour House.

Tonight is Prom night which I was told not to miss.

I grabbed a couple more beers at what I call the secret bar which is hidden in a hallway down on the first floor of the theater.

Cruise Director Alvin

After that I went to bed. The steward did finally get to my room. Tomorrow is a sea day. Good night!
